Elric of Melniboné Lucifer's Fall continues on the same doom-ridden path as they started off on. Fat riffs, Lovecraftian soaked lyrics and haunting melodies of the deep. Like so often with doom bands, they come out strongest when they weave lengthy compositions of despair. Especially 'Across the void' and its final part, where the combination of melodic guitar soloing is grandiosely combined with powerful vocal tones. It'd be nice if the singer used his clean vocals more to bring added variation to the songs.
